Kolte - Patil Developers has declared dividend at Rs 1.60 per share of Rs 10 each for the year ended March 31, 2011.

Kolte - Patil Developers Limited has informed the Exchange that Final Dividend amounting to Rs.1.60/- per Equity Share on face value of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2011 has been recommended at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on May 30, 2011, subject to approval of shareholders.Source : BSE
