RDB Realty declares dividend at Re 0.60 per share

RDB Realty at its meeting held on May 30, 2011 has declared dividend at Re 0.60 per share of Rs 10 each.

RDB Realty & Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Re. 0.60 per equity share of Rs. 10 each (i.e. 6%) subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
