Vamshi Rubber declares dividend at Re 1 per share

Vamshi Rubber at its meeting held on May 28, 2011 has declared dividend at Re 1 per share of Rs 10 each.

Vamshi Rubber Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Re. 1.00 (10%) on equity share of Rs. 10/- each subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
