K.P.R. Mill declares final dividend at Rs 3 per share

K.P.R. Mill Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011 have declared a Final Dividend of Rs. 3/- per share (30%) on the face value of Rs.10/- each, thus aggregating the Dividend for the Financial year 2010-11 to Rs. 6/- (60%) taking into account the Interim Dividend of Rs. 3/- (30%) declared during October 2010.Source : BSE
