Rushil Decor Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 04, 2011, has recommended dividend @ 5% for the FY 2010-11 (Rs. 0.50 per equity share) for the equity shareholders if approved by the shareholders in AGM.Source : BSE
