Lakshmi Vilas Bank Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on May 19, 2011 have resolved to recommend dividend @ 25% (Rs. 2.50/- paise per share) for the year 2010-2011 on the equity shares subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank.Source : BSE
