Tata Power approves sub-division of share

Tata Power Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2011, inter alia, considered and approved sub-division of the Company's Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each into Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each, subject to approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled on August 24, 2011.Source : BSE
