Tata Power declares dividend at Rs 12.50 per share

Tata Power Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2011, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 12.50 per Equity Share of Rs.10 each (@ 125%) to the shareholders for the year ended March 31, 2011.The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 24, 2011 at Birla Matushri Sabhagar, Sir Vithaldas Thackersey Marg, 19, New Marine Lines, Mumbai 400 020.Dividend, if declared at the said AGM, will be paid on and from August 26, 2011 to the shareholders entitled to receive the same.Source : BSE
