UT has informed that a reference made by the Company under Section 15(1) of Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 (SICA) to the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) for determination of measures which shall be adopted with respect to the Company has been registered as case no. 60/2013.
