Kemrock Industries appoints Tushar Desai as additional director

Kemrock Industries and Exports has informed that Mr. Tushar Desai, has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company, pursuant to circular resolution approved by majority of the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. October 15, 2013.

Kemrock Industries and Exports Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Tushar Desai, has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company, pursuant to circular resolution approved by majority of the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. October 15, 2013.Being an Independent Director, Mr. Tushar Desai is also appointed as Member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company.Source : BSE
