Gail (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 18, 2012 to September 05, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 05, 2012.Further the Company has informed that, the said final dividend, if so approved by the members of the Company, shall be paid within stipulated time of 30 days i.e. latest by October 03, 2012.Source : BSE
