B.C.B: Blue Pea, cucumber syrup, pink salt, tonic:
Method: Begin by muddling 5 pieces of cucumber in a shaker. Add 20ml of Blue Pea Syrup, a pinch of Pink Salt, and lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously. Fine strain the mixture into a Martini Glass and top it up with tonic water for a refreshing and visually stunning drink.
Peach cardinal: Peach, earl grey tea, ginger ale
Method: Fill a highball glass with ice and add 30ml of Peach Syrup or Puree. Pour in 90ml of freshly brewed Earl Grey Tea and top it up with Ginger Ale for a light and fruity beverage that's perfect for sipping on lazy summer afternoons.
Cold noodle: Coconut, pineapple, cucumber, lime
