Do you get enough sleep every night or  do you struggle to stay asleep, tossing and turning in your bed? Sleep disorders are conditions that impact how well, how long,  and how you sleep. These conditions can make it hard to get enough rest, which can affect your energy and daily routine. Also, sleep disorders can cause several health problems, including stress, anxiety, depression, and heart diseases.

According to the Sleep foundation, sleep disorders cause difficulty falling asleep, staying awake and irregular sleep patterns that effect your everyday routine. Other sleep problems include sleepwalking or restless movements during sleep. Multiple studies suggest at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night for a healthy life. However, constantly missing out proper sleep may increase the risk of various health problems.

According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), people who sleep fewer than 7 hours each night are more likely to have health problems. These include heart attacks, asthma, and depression. A few such issues may increase the risk of heart disease, heart attack, and stroke.
