New study links skin conditions with suicidal thoughts in psychosis patients, here’s why

New research presented at the European College of Neuropsychopharmacology reveals a striking link between skin problems and mental health risks. Patients facing their first psychotic episode with accompanying rashes or itching showed a far higher risk of depression and suicidal thoughts than those without skin symptoms.
