In the clip, a journalist asks him about his initial reaction upon seeing his then co-star Shah Rukh Khan in Deewana, the film that marked Shah Rukh's Bollywood debut, and how he perceived him as an actor. To this, Rishi Kapoor smilingly replied, "Well, he was always a very spirited boy, always a very joshed up actor, and he came from television and I remember him telling me that on his very on-set he had the opportunity of working with three actors that he admired. He got a chance to work with Naseer(Naseeruddin Shah) in one film, Nana (Nana Patekar) in one film and me in one film."

He went on to express how privileged he felt that Shah Rukh included him among his favourite actors. "As a youngster and first beginner in that film, he was very respectful and very good to speak to, he wad always full of energy. I remember those days and I have a very funny anecdote which will take a long time but I have mentioned it in my book so please read it in that book," he concluded.
