The recently released film Saiyaara has become a major hit at the box office, collecting a staggering Rs 108 crore so far. Directed by Mohit Suri and starring newcomers Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, the YRF production is breaking records and capturing the hearts of audiences across the country. Amid this wave of success, Mohit Suri’s wife, actress-turned-DJ Udita Goswami, shared an emotional appreciation post, highlighting her husband’s dedication, sacrifices, and creative journey.

Taking to Instagram, Udita posted a series of candid photos of Mohit with their children and herself. In a rare personal note, she expressed heartfelt admiration for his perseverance. “At home, I rarely express my appreciation,” she wrote. “I’m usually the one nagging—‘Turn off the lights,’ ‘Hang your wet towel’—but today, I want to acknowledge the filmmaker you are.”

Udita revealed that Saiyaara was not an easy journey for Mohit. Despite receiving numerous lucrative offers, he chose to follow his own vision, even if it meant starting over. “You sacrificed a lot to pursue your vision—turned down so many tempting offers, started fresh, and rebuilt everything from the ground up,” she wrote, adding that his goal was always to create something their children could be proud of.

She also praised his unwavering commitment to storytelling and his ability to create stars instead of relying on them. “You’re a star maker—you don’t need stars to shine, and you’ve never compromised on your creative integrity. It should always be your way,” she said, while also humorously reminding him of his household duties.
