Beyhadh was a superhit show that had the audience smitten with its offbeat drama.
The show starred Jennifer Winget in the leading role opposite Kushal Tandon. Aneri Vajani was also seen in a prominent character as the parallel lead. In the role of Maya, who develops feelings for Arjun, who works for the magazine she owns, Jennifer was portrayed as an obsessive psychopath. They get married, but Maya's possessive behaviour and obsession with her lover/husband cause their marriage to fail.
The show had engaged the audience, and soon, there was a season 2 was introduced with Jennifer being introduced as Maya Jaisingh. The storyline was based on how the obsessive lover is shattered when she is left by MJ, the man she loves a lot. She is filled with hate in her heart, and she decides to take revenge by destroying his family. Shivin Narang played the role opposite Jennifer.
The show did not garner much hype in the second season and went off-air in a matter of four months.
Now, for all those who have been missing the show and watching Jennifer on-screen, there is good news, as the actress is all set to return to television with Beyhadh 3. As per a report in Saas Bahu Betiyaan, Mohsin Khan will be seen opposite her.
Mohsin gained immense fame with his stint in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai on Star Plus. He has been seen in multiple music videos post that. As for Jennifer, after Beyhadh 2, she ventured into the OTT space with projects like Raisinghani VS Raisinghani and Code M. There is also news about her signing a project with Parineeti Chopra for Netflix.
