Kunal was married to Anuradha, and they had two daughters. However, their marriage was reportedly strained due to Anuradha’s suspicions regarding Kunal’s close association with his co-star, Lavina Bhatia. These marital troubles eventually led to Anuradha moving out of their shared residence, taking their daughters to her parents' home in Ahmednagar.
