Sonakshi Sinha opens up about her bond with Luv-Kush, says, "My brothers were jealous"

Sonakshi Sinha has taken a brief break from acting but has managed to remain in the headlines. The actress’ wedding to Zaheer Iqbal was the major highlight of 2024. There were reports that the Sinha family was against Sonakshi’s interfaith marriage but her father and mother, Shatrughan Sinha and Poonam, were seen celebrating.

However, Sonakshi’s twin brothers Luv and Kush Sinha seemed to be not fully onboard with the celebration. While Kush was spotted in some of the wedding ceremonies of Sonakshi and Zaheer, Luv was also not seen at all. However, Sonakshi has recently reflected on her bond with her sibling and claimed that her brothers are jealous of her.

In a recent interview with Hauterrfly, Sonakshi said, 'I am the youngest, the girl of the house and the most loved one. So my brothers were jealous too and this used to bother me a lot.” The actress also revealed that her brothers used to beat her.

Sonakshi is the youngest daughter of Shatrughan Sinha and Poonam Sinha. The actress got married to Zaheer after secretly dating for 7 years. The couple had a registered marriage on 23 June 2024 at Sonakshi’s house in the presence of their loved ones. The couple threw a grand reception later attended by her family, friends and some of the Bollywood stars.
