On Tuesday, Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra made a special visit to the Lalbaugcha Raja pandal in South Mumbai. The couple’s visit came just two days after Shilpa’s farewell to the Ganpati idol she had brought home.
In an Instagram video, Shilpa was dressed in a saree and seen walking barefoot to the pandal, with Raj also donning traditional attire and joining her in the barefoot procession.
Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra were accompanied by Shilpa’s mother during their visit. The video also captured the couple carrying a large Modak as an offering to the deity. The trio appeared to be in high spirits throughout the visit.
As part of her annual Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations, Shilpa Shetty once again brought a magnificent idol into her home and conducted elaborate pujas. This year, she continued the tradition with equal fervor. On the day of visarjan, Shilpa was captured dancing joyfully alongside her daughter Samisha, husband Raj, sister Shamita Shetty, and her mother.
Both Shilpa and Samisha coordinated their outfits in mustard yellow floral shararas and choli sets as they bid a heartfelt farewell to the idol. In addition to Shilpa, the Lalbaugcha Raja pandal attracted several other celebrities.
On the professional front, Shilpa Shetty's most recent appearance was in the series Indian Police Force, where she starred alongside Sidharth Malhotra, Vivek Oberoi, and Sharad Kelkar. Directed by Rohit Shetty, this show is the inaugural entry in Shetty’s cop universe. Shilpa’s upcoming project is the Kannada film KD – The Devil.
