Salman Khan pays his last respects to his bodyguard Shera’s father

Bollywood actor Salman Khan was recently spotted supporting his personal bodyguard Shera after the latter’s father, Sunder Singh Jolly, passed away today, August 7, 2025.

Salman has recently been spotted at Shera’s residence to pay his last respects. His father’s last rites were held at Oshiwara Crematorium in Mumbai today. Salman visited Shera and paid his respects to the latter’s late father.
The actor was seen arriving at Shera's house under strict security a short while ago.  Salman is seen getting out of his car and giving an emotional Shera a tight hug in a video that has gone viral online. Then, escorted by security personnel, the two enter the building together.

Soon after the reports of Shera’s father came out, several celebrities and fans expressed their grief and paid condolences. The latest reports have suggested that he succumbed after a prolonged battle with cancer.

The news of his father's death comes just a few months after Shera celebrated his dad's 88th birthday. Bollywood superstar’s bodyguard had posted a few pictures with his father on March 21, wishing his dad on his birthday.
