On September 17, reports confirmed that Positively Yours, which began filming in July and already has scripts completed up to episode six, was actively being shot with actor Yoon Ji On.
According to Kbizoom, he had been on set as recently as last week and was expected to continue filming this week. However, his participation came to an abrupt halt after he was caught driving under the influence.
Production sources expressed shock and disappointment at the abrupt development, acknowledging that the incident caught them off guard.
With over half of the drama already completed and filming set to continue until December, Yoon Ji On's departure is anticipated to pose significant difficulties for the production crew.
Yoon Ji On made his debut on stage in 2013. He rose to fame with the K-Drama Be Melodramatic. He was also seen in several other series including Serendipity's Embrace (2024), You Are My Spring (2021), Jirisan (2021), Tomorrow (2022), My Lovely Liar (2023), and Monthly Magazine Home (2021).

He co-starred with Kim Ji Eun, Jung Hae In, and Jung So Min in Love Next Door last year, where he received accolades for his portrayal of journalist Kang Dan Ho, who upholds moral principles.

This is the plot of the romantic comedy. The first half of next year is when the drama is anticipated to debut.
