Murder Mubarak’s Yaad Aave and Bhola Bhala Baby set the tune for the whodunit

One of the most awaited films of 2024, Murder Mubarak releases today on Netflix and promises to serve viewers a delectable whodunit on the OTT platform.

Based on Anuja Chauhan’s (also known for writing The Zoya Factor, Battle For Bittora, Those Pricey Thakur Girls) novel, Club You To Death, set in Delhi at a prestigious turf club, this one follows an enthralling narrative about a ruthless murder.

With a delightful ensemble cast featuring Pankaj Tripathi, Sara Ali Khan, Vijay Varma, Dimple Kapadia, Karishma Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Tisca Chopra, Suhail Nayyar, and Tara Alisha Berry, this Dinesh Vijan murder-mystery production has been directed by Homi Adajania. With music being an important part of all OTT films and series, the makers ensure that the film also gets its original music by Bollywood composer duo Sachin-Jigar and hindi film song writer Priya Saraiya.

Interestingly, the songs in this film have also been in the news almost as much as the film’s promos. One of the first to release, the captivating track Yaad Aave showcases the first-time screen pair Sara Ali Khan and Vijay Varma. It gives us a glimpse of the tumultuous love story that unfolds between these actors and shows the audience a spark of their chemistry.
