The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards lit up the Barker Hangar in Los Angeles on June 21 with a vibrant celebration of stars from the world of kids' entertainment, spanning television, movies, music, and more. Hosted by global music sensation Tyla, the event was a high-energy affair that brought together fan-favorite artists and performers under one roof.
Some of the biggest names in the business were nominated this year; Lady Gaga and Kendrick Lamar received multiple nominations in different categories. Taylor Swift received two nominations, one for Favourite Female Artist and another for Favourite Song for her popular song I Can Do It With A Broken Heart. With four nominations, including three for her role in Wicked and one for Favourite Female Artist, Ariana Grande was in the lead.
There were a number of thrilling victories that evening. Jack Griffo won Favourite Male TV Star (Kids), and Ariana Grande won two major awards: Favourite Song From a Movie and Favourite Movie Actress. Inside Out 2 from Pixar became a fan-favorite, securing the award for Favorite Animated Movie.
With its lively performances, slime-filled fun, and star-studded appearances, the 2025 edition of the Kids’ Choice Awards proved once again why it's one of the most anticipated events for young audiences each year.
