Following the release of an unapproved video of their daughter Dua online, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh found themselves at the centre of a contentious social media dispute. The video, which was purportedly taken at Mumbai International Airport last week, showed the couple and their one-year-old child sitting in an airport buggy on Deepika's lap.
Fans and internet users were furious after the video quickly went viral on social media. The act was widely denounced as a "shameful invasion of privacy." Deepika is clearly uncomfortable in the video and is heard adamantly requesting that the person filming stop.
Deepika and Ranveer also recently marked an important milestone in their lives. They celebrated their daughter Dua's first birthday on September 8 in an intimate manner as Deepika baked a cake for their baby girl.
