Veteran actor Satish Shah passed away on Sunday, leaving the whole entertainment industry devastated. Several actors, including Chunky Panday, Priyanka Chopra, Kareena Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan, mourned the passing of the late actor.
Chunky Panday took to his Instagram and shared a few throwback pictures with Satish Shah and remembered him in an emotional tribute.
A dear friend of Satish Shah, Aanjjan Srivastav also took to Instagram to give a tribute to the late actor, he wrote, "In an industry full of cut throat Competition, here was my cheerleader! A bond born from 'Ye Jo Hai, Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa' that spanned decades. One of these pictures is from April this year - where he reassured my worried daughter 'I'm going nowhere yet.' How do I put into words the loss of a friend and cheerleader in what feels like in the middle of Life's journey.

Satish Shah, who was well-known for his roles in the sitcom Sarabhai vs. Sarabhai and the films Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron and Main Hoon Na, died Saturday afternoon at his Bandra East home. He was 74.
After graduating from the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), he first acted in small parts in movies like Gaman (1979) and Arvind Desai Ki Ajeeb Dastaan (1978).
After starring as the dishonest municipal commissioner D'Mello in the 1983 cult classic Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro, directed by Kundan Shah, he became well-known.
He was also known for his roles in television series such as Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi (1984), where he portrayed 55 different characters across 55 episodes, and Filmi Chakkar (1995).
