The Delhi Theatre Festival (DTF), the capital’s biggest celebration of stage and storytelling, is returning this November with its highly anticipated sixth season. The festival promises a spectacular lineup of iconic plays, renowned performers, and the timeless charm of live theatre.
Season 6 of DTF will air from November 14–16 at four major locations in Delhi-NCR: Aurum Conventions in Gurugram, NCUI Auditorium, OP Jindal Auditorium, and Siri Fort Auditorium.
American Express is back as the festival's title sponsor for the sixth year in a row. In addition to continuous perks like 20% off and free companion tickets on select seats, cardholders had access to a special five-day presale period prior to the general public's ticket release.
M3M India has joined this season as the “Powered By” sponsor, reinforcing its support for art and culture through DTF’s mission of bringing world-class theatre to Delhi audiences.
Speaking about the new edition, Prabhu Tony, CEO and Co-founder of Alchemist Live, shared, “Over the past five seasons, the Delhi Theatre Festival has evolved from a city event into a cultural landmark. With Season 6, we’re scaling up the experience with premieres, legends, and emerging voices sharing one stage. It’s a celebration of talent, creativity, and the enduring power of theatre.”
Veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah, who returns to the festival with his play Einstein, expressed his excitement, saying, “DTF has been a constant companion in my journey. Every season brings fresh energy, new audiences, and inspiring stories — that’s what makes it such an important space for theatre.”
