Tickets for Punjabi music sensation AP Dhillon's highly anticipated Brownprint India Tour were sold out in record time, generating over Rs 10 crore in sales, according to organizers White Fox India.
The Canada-based singer, famous for chart-topping hits like “Brown Munde,” “Excuses,” and “Insane,” will be performing in major Indian cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, and Chandigarh as part of his tour.
The Brownprint India Tour is set to kick off in Mumbai on December 7, followed by a performance in New Delhi on December 14, and concluding in Chandigarh on December 21. The tour is expected to be a massive success, following Dhillon’s incredible popularity both in India and among the global Punjabi diaspora.
His distinctive fusion of Punjabi lyrics with urban beats has earned him a massive fan base, and the tour has only heightened fans' anticipation for his live performances.
In a statement, White Fox India announced that tickets sold out within just 15 minutes of going live, a staggering feat that brought in over Rs 10 crore. "This lightning-fast sell-out underscores Dhillon's immense popularity and the fervent anticipation surrounding his comeback to his homeland," the organizers said.
The sheer speed at which the tickets were purchased is a clear reflection of the excitement around Dhillon’s return to India after his successful tour in 2021.
