TANCET 2025 Registration Begins: Submit Applications by Feb 21, Direct Link to Apply Here

Anna University has officially opened the registration process for the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) and Common Engineering Entrance Test and Admissions (CEETA PG) 2025. Candidates aspiring to pursue MBA or MCA programmes for the 2025-2026 academic session can now apply. The entrance test is conducted by Anna University on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Government.

The TANCET 2025 exam will take place on March 22, 2025. The MCA exam is scheduled from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the MBA exam will be held from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Meanwhile, the CEETA PG exam will be conducted on March 23, 2025, in a single session from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The opportunities are open to candidates seeking admission to University Departments, Constituent Colleges under Anna University, Annamalai University, Government and Government-Aided Institutions, and Self-Financing Colleges across Tamil Nadu, including standalone institutions in engineering and arts and science streams.

Steps to Apply for TANCET 2025:

1. Go to the TANCET 2025 registration page on the Anna University website.


2. Click on the "New Registration" link and provide your name, email, and mobile number.


3. Log in using the details you created.


4. Fill in your personal and educational details, and select the programme (MBA or MCA).


5. Upload your photo, signature, and category certificate (if applicable).


6. Choose your preferred exam centre.


7. Pay the application fee online (Rs 1,000 for general candidates, Rs 500 for SC, SCA, and ST candidates from Tamil Nadu).


8. Review all the details and submit your application.


9. Take a printout of the confirmation page after submission.

Application Fee: The application fee for TANCET 2025 is Rs 1,000 for general candidates. SC, SCA, and ST category candidates from Tamil Nadu are eligible for a reduced fee of Rs 500.
