Kerala’s youngest AI whiz, Raul John Aju, has taken the internet by storm, not just for his cutting-edge innovations but also for a decision that’s making headlines worldwide: at just 16, he hired his own father to work at his AI startup, Arm Technologies.
Raul’s journey began unusually early. He started learning artificial intelligence at the age of six, and by 16, he had already developed his own robot, Me-bot. Today, he has built more than 10 AI tools, each designed with one core mission, helping people solve real-world problems.
Through his YouTube and Instagram channels, Raul offers free AI knowledge, teaching young minds how to use technology to cut down workload and boost productivity. His mantra is clear: innovation should be a daily habit, not just a buzzword.
At the heart of Raul’s vision is a strong sense of responsibility. Hiring his father was a message. For him, leadership starts at home. One of his most ambitious ventures is Project JustEase, developed in collaboration with the Kerala and Dubai governments. The project aims to create AI-driven public tools for social good, including a bot that can guide citizens during emergencies with accurate, real-time information.
The young innovator’s approach is refreshingly different. While many chase funding rounds and fame, Raul insists on building with purpose, not popularity. His startup, Arm Technologies, is not only powering smart tools but also redefining what it means to lead with empathy and vision.
For Raul, this is just the beginning. At 16, he’s already showing India, and the world, that the future of AI may well rest in the hands of innovators who are bold enough to break the rules, start young, and lead with heart.
