Fresh details have emerged in the broad daylight killing of Chandan Mishra, a convicted gangster who was gunned down inside Paras Hospital in Patna on Thursday. As per an India Today report, officials have found that the six-member gang responsible for the murder had done extensive groundwork and were thoroughly familiar with the hospital's layout.

According to officials cited by India Today, six assailants arrived at Paras Hospital on two motorcycles. Five of them, all armed, entered the hospital premises, while one stayed outside to keep watch.

CCTV footage, accessed by India Today, showed the six men gathering in a lane near the hospital to finalise their plan before the execution. The lookout, stationed outside, was seen wearing a helmet.

The attack was reportedly led by Tauseef Badshah, a known criminal with a past record. Sources told India Today that Badshah was well-acquainted with the hospital layout, as he had frequently visited the facility while a close associate underwent prolonged treatment there.
