According to Tata's Chief Design Officer Martin Uhlarik, the differentiator between designs is emotional connect. The old Sierra was an avatar for what India and Tata could be. It was an aspiration for a whole generation. It had a very stable, classic design.
The new car was a set of principles and ideas. Good design is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration.
The SUV has end-to-end DRLs and taillamps. We have pushed the limits of what is possible. The new Sierra has the slimmest headline in the industry. The SUV has class-leading boot space. It feels like a larger vehicle than its own class.
There is a generous use of soft-touch materials. The Sierra 2025 has a floating armrest. This SUV brings elements of higher segments.
