This criticism follows Musk's recent concerns about the absence of search results regarding an assassination attempt on Trump. The Tesla CEO took to X to highlight user complaints about being directed to news about US presidential candidate Kamala Harris instead of Donald Trump.
Calling it "crazy," Musk suggested that the search engine might be censoring news related to Donald Trump ahead of the US presidential elections in November.
Musk also shared a post from a user who claimed that Google was only showing "positive" prompts for searches on "why censorship is." The user provided a screenshot and said, "When you type 'why censorship is' into Google search, the majority of suggestions are pro-censorship."
