The group provides services to turn land into ecotourism destinations and designs and builds tents for private properties, campgrounds, glamping hotels, etc. Notable are their sustainably-designed modern villa-like tents made from eco-friendly materials. The villas are built on top of a concrete-free ground screw foundation with smartly designed construction that blend traditional ways of building with newer techniques, and are replete with insulation and heating for year round usage. Made of 100 per cent larch wood, the villas feature a king-sized bed and other furniture, an integrated ventilation system, lighting and AC/DC plug-ins and heating. One side of the structure has a panoramic glass wall to enjoy the surrounding views. Lushna also constructs wooden eco chalets, pods, cabins, saunas, etc.
