Lalit Keshre lived with his grandparents and also went to the only English-medium school in Khargone district of Madhya Pradesh. After finishing 12th standard, Keshre got to know about Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) and was able to secure a seat at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay.
