The new ‘Make In India’ mission, has brought the capital equipment sector into the main focus for economic growth. Today, Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) have a strong demand for imported and indigenous machines but have a limited access to quality machines owing to Pricing, Remote location, Training, Installation and support constraints.

SMB Industrial clusters in India are geographically dispersed. The vendor’s direct presence at every cluster is not possible. Dealer channels are not always effective and hence such enquires and associated revenue is often lost. Also many SMB owners are not able to attend the Machines expos owning to logistics issues.
