A Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a Singapore-based company recently took to X (formerly Twitter) to share how his six-year-old daughter had reviewed her experience of flying on Etihad Airways and termed her feedback as "a bloodbath".
Mark Ross-Smith shared the responses given by his daughter to the survey on Wednesday, some of which included her being unhappy about not getting to travel with her friends on the flight and the kids meal served not being good as there was no chocolate in it.
A few other issues faced by the CEO's daughter while flying on Etihad included not getting a hot towel and having no pyjamas. The cluster of issues faced by the girl led to her giving the airline a rating of one out of 10.
The post got a reply from the airline, who called the CEO's daughter "cute" for her review.
The CEO's post saw a lot of responses from other users as well, some of whom said that kids, sometimes, gave the most honest opinions.
"Kids speak the truth. That truth is brutal sometimes," one user wrote.
"The underlying message is to know what your customers want. Also, don't mess with kids. They tell the truth," another user wrote.
