Electronic Arts (EA) has announced the day on which its super-expensive massively multiplayer online role playing game - Star Wars: The Old Republic - will be available to play for free. According to Pocket Lint, EA is opening the doors of The Old Republic for non-subscribers on November 15.BioWare had earlier revealed to have made some changes to the original free-to-play model that the game was going to follow. According to the changes, those playing the game for free will enjoy some extra bonuses, such as a second quickslot bar, and the ability to engage in five warzones per week instead of the originally planned three warzones.Some of the other changes are that “the Cartel Coin item lock (i.e. temporary bind) will be reduced to 3 days for Free-to-Play players, and 2 days for subscribers.” This means that the temporary lock timer for items from the cash shop will be reduced.
