Will NDA need more than 1 regional party to form govt?

The three day break out seen in the market coincides with the third edition of the CNN-IBN Lokniti CDS National Election Tracker. The numbers thrown out by the tracker show that that the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance or NDA is within striking distance of a majority in the Lok Sabha, the caveat, if the elections are held today. Things, don't forget can change dramatically in 60 days. However are the markets cheering the victory of what most believe will be a reform growth oriented coalition too early? because what the tracker also throws up is that the NDA will need the help of more than one regional party to form a government.
