Prime Minister Narendra Modi concluded his 45-hour meditation at the Vivekananda Rock Memorial on June 1 afternoon with a few hours remaining for the the seventh and the final phase of the Lok Sabha voting to close. His Varansi constituency is among the 57 that were being voted for.
The rock memorial is named after Hindu scholar Swami Vivekananda who is said to have received a divine vision of "Bharat Mata" at the site.

The Vivekananda Rock Memorial is in Kanniyakumari, India's southernmost tip. It is where the Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal, and Indian Ocean converge and is also the point where the Eastern and Western coastlines of India converge.
