Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has emerged as one of NDA’s most effective campaigner in Bihar, not only drawing massive crowds but also helping reshape the election narrative through sharp messaging that put the opposition on the defensive.

His rallies, more than thirty across the state, highlighted governance, development and cultural identity — but it was his strategic political punchline like 'jungle raj’ that ended up dominating the campaign.

Yogi addressed 31 rallies and public meetings in Bihar, significantly more than several national-level campaigners. The results reflected the impact: of the 31 NDA candidates he backed, 27 won, giving him an exceptional strike rate of over 87 percent.

Political analyst Ajay Kumar said the numbers speak for themselves. “Yogi is not just a campaigner, he is a vote-multiplier. His strike rate in Bihar is extraordinary and far ahead of any other opposition or NDA leader. It clearly shows the depth of his mass appeal.”

Just before the first phase of polling, Yogi introduced a controversial jibe, referring to the three prominent leaders of the Mahagathbandhan as “Appu, Tappu and Pappu”, likening them to “three monkeys” who, according to him, neither spoke on issues of development nor offered solutions for governance. The line triggered immediate uproar, and as expected, the controversy became the central talking point of the Bihar campaign.
