India secured the fourth spot on the Asian Games medal table, achieving their best-ever performance with a total of 107 medals. The exceptional performance of Indian archers and shooters played a significant role. Notably, the athletes supported by Reliance Foundation, the CSR arm of Reliance Industries Limited led by Nita Ambani, contributed 12 medals to the nation's medal haul.
Nita Ambani said over 100 medals stand as a shining testament to the potential of India's young talent. “Congratulations Team India, for making our country proud at the Asian Games! Taking pride in the achievements of Reliance Foundation athletes, who have secured a total of 12 medals during the Games, Ambani said the Foundation is dedicated to backing young athletes and cultivating sporting talent.
