Addressing the  Voter Adhikar Yatra rally in Bihar's Bhagalpur, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi claims, all measures being taken by NDA govt are anti-poor. He further says, "PM came to Bihar today, but did not say a word on irregularities in Maharashtra, Karnataka polls, Manipur."

Gandhi alleges Constitution guarantees equal rights to everyone; but PM and EC are snatching people's right to vote. "Narendra Modi govt has closed all options of employment," he also alleges.
