A man was apprehended on Monday at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International airport for allegedly carrying 10 live bullets in his bag, an official said.

I Hiramani was going through the security checks at the Indira Gandhi International airport at around 7:00 am when a Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel detected few "bullet-like objects" in his luggage, said the senior official involved in airport security.

"Ten live bullet rounds of 32-calibre were recovered from his bag. He was handed over to the police as he could not produce the valid documents for carrying it," he added.
