IndiGo flight makes emergency landing at Bengaluru airport after running low on fuel

FlightRadar24 tracker shows that the Bengaluru-Goa IndiGo flight returned to Bengaluru due to bad weather at Goa airport

An IndiGo flight from Bengaluru to Goa was forced to return and make an emergency landing at Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) reportedly due to low fuel on October 8 (Tuesday).

KIA sources told Moneycontrol that Goa-bound IndiGo flight 6E 6168, which took off from Bengaluru airport at 5:50pm on October 8, returned to Bengaluru around 7:45pm.

"The flight was diverted to Bengaluru airport due to bad weather in Goa. It made an emergency landing at KIA due to low fuel at around 7:45pm on October 8," a source said.
