India’s May 7 precision strikes in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) have put the spotlight on the country's long-range strike capabilities, as Indian armed forces used key weapons systems to destroy terror infrastructure across nine targeted sites.

Indian armed forces targeted the training facilities used by Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) and said that the mission was "focused, measured, and non-escalatory in nature."

Indian armed forces carried out the strikes using long-range precision weapons like SCALP cruise missiles, HAMMER precision-guided bombs, and Harpy drones.
