Earthquake expert Frank Hoogerbeets, who is also known as Earthquake Oracle, is back in the news again.

As strong earthquake tremors were felt in several parts of north India, including Delhi-NCR, Punjab and Haryana on October 3 afternoon, Hoogerbeets' recent prediction resurfaced.  The Dutch scientist, who is associated with The Solar System Geometry Survey (SSGEOS) in the Netherlands, took to the social media platform. “On 30 September, we recorded atmospheric fluctuations that included parts of and near Pakistan. This is correct. It can be an indicator of an upcoming stronger tremor (as was the case with Morocco). But we cannot say with certainty that it will happen,” he said on the social media platform. He also said planetary geometry is difficult to interpret with four conjunctions spread out over the next 10 days. “As far as I can tell, 1-3 October will be more critical,” he said.

Pakistan, being one of the most seismically active countries in the world, is no stranger to earthquakes. The SSGEOS has reported an unusual increase in electric charge fluctuations along the fault lines in Balochistan's Chaman area, suggesting a potential for a powerful earthquake. However, the exact timing and location of such events have not been stated.
