Vikas Ecotech looking to demerge to get in more biz efficiencies

In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Vikas Garg, MD of Vikas Ecotech spoke about the latest happenings in the company.

He said that the company is looking to demerge to get in more business efficiencies.

"Every existing shareholder of Vikas Ecotech is going to get one share of new company which will be eventually listed on NSE and BSE," he added.

He further said that the EBIDTA margins will increase to 25 percent post demerger.
