Abhineet Anand of Quant Capital told CNBC-TV18, "The state need to agree to the compensatory tariff that CERC has actually given. This is basically done in a very quite way in terms of, if you look into the overall things a committee was formed and CERC has taken all the stakeholders in the account, so there is least hassle once this comes out but I believe it not be very smooth in terms of everything will come into P&L in a single day. I would say that the process will still a take a bit of time but having said that I would say from these levels Tata Power looks attractive."
At 14:45 hrs Tata Power Company was quoting at Rs 82.70, up Rs 4, or 5.08 percent.
The share touched its 52-week high Rs 102.45 and 52-week low Rs 68.25 on 15 March, 2013 and 06 August, 2013, respectively.
