Shares of Sunil Hitech Engineers advanced 9.5 percent intraday Thursday as it has been awarded road project worth Rs 982 crore.
The company has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a bid project cost of Rs 982 crore on hybrid annuity model (HAM).
The project includes, construction and widening the existing 2-lane Bodhre to Dhule road section of NH-211 to four/six lane configuration in the state of Maharashtra.
The construction period is 2.5 years.
Sunil Gutte, Managing Director of Sunil Hitech Engineers said, “This is amongst one of the major project awarded to the company in the road sector and is in line with the company’s vision to be a major player in the road sector."
At 12:13 hrs Sunil Hitech Engineers was quoting at Rs 11.96, up Rs 0.87, or 7.84 percent on the BSE.
